I am a trauma-informed Certified Life Coach with 20+ years experience helping others overcome life-dominating struggles. I utilize a Whole-Life Approach which addresses the following key areas: Identity Formation; Intimacy with God; Interpersonal Relationships; Intentional Living; Internal Regulation (Emotions, Thoughts, Desires); and the Impacts of Trauma, Abuse, and Significant Loss.
Small Groups
I have over 2,000 hours of experience leading small groups related to emotional healing and recovery.
One of my greatest joys is leading small, intimate groups of women who are all pursuing the same goal. I lead in-person and virtual groups on topics like boundaries, finding your identity in Christ, healing from past wounds, the power of forgiveness, and overcoming behaviors related to sexual addiction.

I review books and manuals to provide input from a trauma-informed perspective. I have been a content provider for Christian Life Coach training material and a Alpha/Beta reviewer for multiple authors. I have an eye for spotting inconsistencies or confusing concepts.
